Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Your session is secured once the date is confirmed and the £50 booking deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the session. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date when sufficient notice is given.

2. Before Your Session

Please take some time to look through my portfolio before booking, as it represents my photography, lighting and editing style. We will discuss the overall direction, outfits and ideas before the shoot. If you have any specific preferences, concerns or things you would like me to consider when photographing you, please mention them before the session.

Reference images are always welcome for inspiration, but exact recreations cannot be guaranteed.

3. The Session

You don’t need to know how to pose - guidance and direction are part of the experience. 

Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrival may reduce shooting time if another booking follows. 

Changes to styling, hair, makeup, outfits or creative direction should ideally be raised during the session, when they can still be adjusted.

4. Editing & Retouching

All final photographs are edited in my signature style, consistent with the work shown in my portfolio. 

Retouching is natural and may include skin refinement, temporary imperfections, stray hairs and small adjustments where appropriate. 

My standard retouching does not include significant changes to facial features or body shape, heavy skin alteration or other transformations of appearance. 

5. Image Selection & Delivery

Where your package includes a specific number of retouched images, you will receive a proof gallery to choose your favourites. Proof images are unfinished and should not be downloaded, shared or published. 

Additional images may be purchased separately — £10 each

Full colour-corrected gallery is £50 (included in Signature package) does not include individual retouching. 

Final images are delivered digitally in high resolution. 

RAW files are not provided. 

6. Revisions

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your final gallery if you have any concerns.

Reasonable corrections consistent with my usual editing style are included.  Re-editing based on a change of personal preference after the session is not included.

7. Short Videos

Short video clips can be captured alongside your photography session. Please let me know before your session that you would like video content, as it needs to be planned and captured during the shoot.

Unedited video files can be transferred at no extra cost.

If you would prefer a finished, edited reel:

 Up to 20 sec — £30

Up to 1 min — £50 (included in the Signature Package)

Edited reels include a selection of the best clips edited into one finished video. Video content must be requested in advance and is subject to the available shooting time within your booked session.

8. Creative Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my photographic and editing style. 

Every person and every session is unique, therefore individual images, poses or results from previous sessions cannot be reproduced exactly. 

Creative decisions regarding lighting, composition, image selection and editing remain at the photographer’s discretion.

9. Copyright, Use & Privacy

Copyright remains with the photographer in accordance with UK copyright law. Your images are supplied for personal use unless commercial usage has been agreed separately.  

If you choose not to give permission for publication, your images will remain private and will not be shared publicly by me. 

Client galleries are private and accessible only via a direct gallery link. Your choice regarding publication does not affect your session, package or the service you receive.

Images will only be used in my portfolio, website or social media according to the publication consent agreed for your session.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. 

Booking deposits are non-refundable. 

Short notice cancellation, repeated rescheduling or failure to attend may result in the booking fee being retained and a new booking fee being required.

 By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the information and terms above.
